All Purpose Dry Rub
Ingredients
2 tbsp Black pepper

2 tbsp Paprika

2 tbsp Onion powder

1 tbsp Brown sugar

1 tbsp Chili powder

1 tbsp Coarse salt

1/2 tsp Ground sage

1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper (opt)

Preparation
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Great with ribs, brisket, and chicken.
