Barbequed Beef Ribs
Ingredients
3 lb Beef short ribs
1/2 cup Chopped onions
1 tbsp Margarine
1/2 tsp Pepper
4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Dry mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Paprika
4 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup Catsup
1/4 cup White vinegar
1/4 cup Water
Preparation
Brown ribs. Sauté onions in margarine and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes. Baste ribs with sauce and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Drain off fat, baste again and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
