1 Medium onion, sliced

1/2 cup Chopped celery

2 tbsp Fat

2 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tbsp Prepared mustard

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup Water

1/2 cup Catsup

1 8 oz can seasoned tomato sauce

Cook onions and celery in hot fat till soft and yellow. Add remaining ingredients; Mix thoroughly. Makes 2 cups, enough to barbecue 4 lbs spareribs.
