1 cup Catsup

1 cup Water

1/2 Onion, finely chopped or grated

1/4 cup Cider vinegar

2 tbsp Light brown sugar

1 tsp Paprika

3/4 tsp Liquid smoke, or to taste

1/8 tsp Celery seed

8 drop Tabasco sauce or hot pepper

Sauce

Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a simmering stage. Simmer about 15 minutes to blend flavors and thicken slightly.
