Edie Acsell's Marinade
Ingredients
BEEF,POULTRY,PORK,FISH,VEG'S

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup Safflower oil

1/2 cup Tomato juice

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Brown sugar

1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
