Flank Steak Marinade
Ingredients
1/4 cup Soy sauce

3 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Garlic

1 tsp Ginger

3/4 cup Oil

Preparation
Whisk together until thickened and well blended. Pour over flank steak and pierce steak all over on both sides. Marinade steak for 12 to 24 hours. Barbecue for a total of 8 to 10 minutes. To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
