Herb Butter Sauce
Ingredients
2 tbsp Minced green onions

1 Clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup Butter, melted

2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley

1/2 tsp Dried tarragon

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

Preparation
Sauté green onions and garlic in butter in a skillet over medium heat until onion is tender. Remove from heat; stir in parsley and remaining ingredients. Use sauce for basting or for sautéing poultry, fish, or vegetables.

Makes 1/2 cup.
