Hint Of Ginger Marinade
Ingredients
FOR POULTRY, PORK, FISH

3/4 cup Soy sauce

1/4 cup Dry sherry

1 Small carrot, peeled, minced

1 Garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp Sweet red pepper, minced

1 1/2 tsp Ginger root, minced

2 Small scallions, chopped

1 tsp Lemon peel, grated

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
