1/4 cup Cumin
1/4 cup Chili powder
2 tbsp Coriander seeds, crushed
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Brown sugar, packed
2 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
2 tbsp Black pepper, fresh ground

Combine all the ingredients and grind to a powder in a spice mill, coffee grinder, or with a mortar and pestle. Cover in a cool, dark place, it will keep for about 6 weeks. |
