1/4 cup Lemon juice

1/2 cup Olive oil

1 Small garlic clove, minced

1 pinch Dried oregano, crushed

1/2 tsp Finely grated lemon peel

Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
