1 1/2 cup Vegetable oil

3/4 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Red wine vinegar

1/3 cup Lemon juice

1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

2 Cloves garlic, crushed

2 tbsp Dry mustard

1 tbsp Coarsely ground pepper

2 1/2 tsp Salt

2 tsp Chopped fresh parsley

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.

Makes 3-1/2 cups.
