New-Mexico Chile Salve
Ingredients
FOR BEEF, POULTRY, & PORK

3 tbsp Mild ground chiles, =OR=- chili powder

1 tsp Hungarian hot paprika

Pinch of coriander

2 tbsp -=OR=- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mash until smooth. Makes about 1/3 cup
