1 cup White vinegar

1 tbsp Sugar

1 tbsp Tabasco sauce

Black pepper

1 cup Cider vinegar

1 tbsp Red pepper flakes, crushed

Salt, to taste

In a non-corrosive container, combine all ingredients and mix well.
