Pat Fusco's Georgian Moppin' Sauce
Ingredients
FOR POULTRY AND PORK

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp Hungarian sweet paprika

1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp Dry mustard

1/2 tsp Freshly ground pepper

1/3 cup Water

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/3 cup Red wine vinegar

1/4 cup Unsalted butter, cut in bits

Preparation
In a medium saucepan, combine the dry ingredients with the water. Heat to boiling; remove from heat. Add the Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Stir in the butter. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
