1 Onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp Fat or cooking oil

2 tbsp Vinegar

2 tbsp Brown sugar

4 tbsp Lemon juice

1 cup Catsup

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup Water

1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce salt to taste Liquid Smoke may be added

Brown onion in the oil and add remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Transfer to a blender and thoroughly blend, making a smooth sauce, ready for beef, chicken, pork, or little fuzzy lambs...
