Ingredients

Red chile

1/2 cup Ground dried ancho chile

3 tbsp Salt

3 tbsp Ground Cumin

1 tbsp Dried Oregano

Preparation
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.
