2 tbsp Oil

1 Onion, medium

8 oz Tomato sauce

1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed

1/4 cup Vinegar, white

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 tsp Chili powder

2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Mustard, dry

Finely dice onion, sauté until clear. Combine all other ingredients except sugar. Cook down till thickened. Add sugar and carefully simmer until you have the correct consistency.
