Steak And Chop Rub
Ingredients
2 tbsp Pepper, coarsely ground

Cracked

3 tbsp Onion powder

2 1/2 tbsp Coarse salt

2 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Worcestershire powder, look for Le Chateau

2 tsp Ground ginger

2 tsp Dry mustard

1 tsp Sugar

Preparation
Mix all the spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 8 weeks. Tailored for tender cuts of meats.
