6 medium Mushroom caps
1 medium Onion, cut into chunks
1 medium Green pepper, cut into chunks
1 medium Yellow pepper, cut into chunks
1 cup Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 tsp Finely chopped dill

In lg shallow baking dish, combine all ingredients. Cover and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 4 hours or overnight. Remove veggies, reserve marinade. On skewers, alternately thread veggies. Grill, turning and basting frequently until done. |
