1/4 cup Ground Allspice

1/4 cup Brown sugar

1/4 cup Onion powder

2 tbsp Salt

2 tsp Ground Nutmeg

2 tsp Ground cinnamon

2 tsp Dried Thyme

Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry.
