1 cup Catsup

1/4 cup Honey

1 tbsp Prepared mustard

1/2 tsp Nutmeg, ground

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly. Spread on meat loaf, pork loin, ribs or chicken pieces during last 1/2 hours of grilling or barbecuing. May be used as a dipping sauce.
