Tangy Vietnamese-Style Marinade
Ingredients
FOR POULTRY, PORK, SEAFOOD

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

3 Shallots, minced

1/4 cup Peanut oil

3 tbsp Nuoc mam sauce

2 tbsp Sugar

1/4 tsp Bouillon powder

1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 3/4 cup
