Peel of 1 lemon

Peel of 1 orange

1/2 cup Soy sauce

1/2 cup Oyster sauce

1/2 tsp Ginger root, chopped

2 Garlic cloves

1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 tsp Freshly ground pepper

1 Small bay leaf

2 tbsp Honey

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/4 cups
