The Coach House Wine Marinade
Ingredients
POULTRY, FISH, SHELLFISH

1 cup Dry white wine

3 Large shallots, minced

2 Large garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp Olive oil

2 tbsp Lemon juice

1 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard

10 Peppercorns, crushed

Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1-1/2 cups
